Anthony MSN, RN, is a Las Vegas–based Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing with more than 20 years of progressive experience in healthcare, ranging from management to perioperative and aesthetic nursing. He specializes in perioperative care, ambulatory surgery, plastic surgery, regenerative medicine and cosmetic injectables, blending a strong clinical background with an approachable, patient-first demeanor that helps clients feel informed, confident, and at ease. Currently, Anthony serves as Director of Nursing at Henderson Ambulatory Surgery Center for Minimally Invasive Procedures, where he oversees patient assessment, nursing staff management, staffing procedures, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care. In addition, he practices as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Clinical Skin and Beauty and Richland Aesthetics in Las Vegas, providing personalized treatment plans with neurotoxins and dermal fillers that focus on natural, refreshed results.

Anthony’s nursing foundation was built in high-acuity environments, including emergency departments and perioperative roles at multiple Las Vegas surgery centers and hospitals, where he gained broad experience in emergency care. He has advanced his scope of practice by pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at the United States University.

Licensed in both Nevada and California, Anthony maintains certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and cosmetic injectables, and aligns his practice with current standards and best practices outlined by professional organizations in aesthetic and sexual medicine. Known for his communication skills, he takes time to understand each patient’s goals, thoroughly reviews medical history, and clearly explains risks, benefits, and aftercare so every visit feels collaborative and empowering.
