Terms & Conditions

• To secure your appointment at Clinical Skin & Beauty, a non-refundable $15 booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost.
   

• We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to schedule a future appointment.
   

• Payment to confirm your appointment may be made via card (Square), Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or cash (if arranged in advance). Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
   

• This policy is in place to respect both your time and ours. Late cancellations and missed appointments impact scheduling, preparation, and our ability to serve other clients.

• Results may vary based on individual skin type and condition.

• A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
